Episode 15, "Clean Up, Everybody Do Your Share!" (Printable Version)

Scene 1- The Sterling Building

"Yes, Mrs. Sterling!" Bonita answered hurrying into the kitchen. Bonita's smile quickly faded away seeing Lisa, Jasmine, Marie and Jackie sitting at the dinner table with Melanie. She wasn't prepared to face to Lisa yet...well she was but it was of one on one basis so she could taunt her and get into her head.

"I wanted you to meet some of my family." Melanie beamed getting up from the table and walking over to Bonita. "My daughter Jasmine...my two granddaughters Marie and Jackie...and my daughter in law Lisa."

Bonita waved at everyone politely, wanting nothing but to choked the life out of Lisa then hug her daughter Jackie. "It's pleasure to meet you all."

"Same here." Jasmine responded, spreading butter on her dinner roll.

Lisa moaned a bit holding her stomach as it churned, "...Oh..."

"Ma are you okay?" Jackie asked.

"Mother?" Bonita thought to herself clenching her apron, "She calls that bitch her mother! I'm her mother!"

Lisa nodded her head before suddenly turning her head to the side throwing up by Marie's foot.

"Oh my goodness...I'll get a rag." Bonita sarcastically uttered, before walking over to the kitchen counter. She closed her eyes tight in anger and squeezed the rag imaging it was Lisa's neck.

"Bonita, we need that towel!" Jasmine called out cutting Bonita's bitch fit short.

"Alright." Bonita whispered answering Jasmine's request accepting she would have to clean up after the people she hated the most in order to get revenge on them.

Scene 2- The Sterling Building

Demetrius waited patiently for Tiffany and Travis to finish reading the documents on the new business proposal with a upcoming company.

Tiffany closed the folder and laid it on Demetrius' desk, "I think it could be promising."

"Yeah, we just need to research more into their financial background." Travis agreed.

Demetrius smiled ecstatic that he and his sister finally agreed on something, "You know Felicia came up with this idea." he bragged buttoning up his suit jacket, he reached in his coat pocket and reached for his cell phone which wasn't in his pocket. "It's not there...I must've left it home." he whispered to himself.

Tiffany crossed her eyes and frown with disgust although she had to admit it was a pretty good proposal, "Well hopefully she and Gloria can find a way to make it work." she stated.

Gloria stormed into the office holding a white piece of paper, she was still angry with the fight she and Felicia just had which ended with her quitting.

"Speak of the devil we were just talking about you." Tiffany uttered with a smile.

"Well you can turn that smile upside down!" Gloria snarled slamming her letter of resignation down, "As long as "Ruby Lips" is V.P. I will not be working here!"

"And the plot thickens." Travis bluntly stated glaring at his sister.

Speechless Demetrius picked up the letter and read over it, "What is going on now?" he asked growing tired of this feud between Gloria and Felicia.

"You are not going to talk about me while I'm not in the room!" Felicia exclaimed hurrying into the office, "Demetrius I think Gloria over reacted to the situation!"

"Well can someone tell us the situation?" Tiffany asked also growing impatient.

Scene 3- San Diego Police Department

Anthony sat in his office staring off into space, the news of his wife's affair still haunted him. He rubbed his rugged cheek and sighed trying not to let his emotions get the better of him. The words of his father telling him about Paige's affair floated around in his head." Ant, how could I tell you the woman you've loved most of your life has been cheating on you."

Anthony stood up flipping his desk over growing angry with Paige and how he treated his mother believing she was trying to tear his marriage apart. Leona tried several times to warn her son but he didn't listen and to make matters worst he was so cruel to her.

"You were wrong then and you're wrong now!"...Ma you've never like Paige, since the day you've two met. Perhaps you would be willing to get along with her for my sake."

"Everything okay Captain?" Jonas asked interrupting Anthony's thoughts as he closed the door.

"I wish!" Anthony kneeled down to pick up his papers, he was embarrassed his new officer witnessed him in such a distraught state.

Jonas joined Anthony and helped him clean up the mess he has caused, "I know we just met a couple of days ago but if you want to get anything off of your chest...I'm here to listen."

Anthony stood up and laid the papers he picked up on his chair, he placed his hand on his hip and sighed, "You work so hard for certain things and in the end...everything just falls apart!"

Jonas stood up realizing this situation was more than just work, "Is everything alright at home bud?"

Anthony shrugged unsure of how to respond to that question, "What do you do when it's over?"

"When what's over?"

"Your life...your marriage!"

Jonas sighed running his fingers through his black hair, then stuffed his hands in his tan chinos. "I don't know!"

Scene 4- The Sterling Building

Paige stepped away from Maurice after sharing very passionate hug, "What are you doing here?" Paige asked softly walking over to her desk taking a sip from her coffee mug

"Eva knows about us." Maurice answered admiring Paige's behind in her tight fitting crimson mini dress.

"She caused an outburst at the bistro the other day." Paige exhaled becoming worried that Anthony may soon find out about her devastating secret. "Maurice we should've stopped this a very long time ago."

Maurice dimmed at Paige's remark, "I don't think so...Paige you can't deny that you don't love me. This was meant to be!"

"What about Anthony? This is going to hurt him!"

Maurice closed his eyes, he knew he was hurting his best friend but he love for Paige drove him to pursue her. He remained silent unable to come up with a response. He thought back to Eva's threats and wondered was it all worth it. "That person getting hurt is my brother and I'll be damned if I'm going to stand by and let you do it!"..."You'd better hope Anthony doesn't find out or it's going to be a sad day in glory!"

Maurice approached Paige and placed his hands on her hip and pulled her close to him, "Do you love me?"

"Yes." Paige answered with a grin.

"No, Paige. Do you really love me?"

Paige rose herself to Maurice's height and wrapped her arms around him and kissed his softly. Maurice held Paige tightly in his arms and returned the kiss.

Scene 5- The Sterling Mansion

Lisa sat on the couch in the living room with a white towel up to her mouth. Morning sickness was no joke this baby was giving her more trouble than she bargained for, too bad nobody knew that was carrying Travis' child or the fact that the psychotic Marsha could be back in town. All these sick thought upset Lisa's stomach again, she picked up the yellow trashcan and vomited once again.

"You okay?" Bonita asked walking in with a can of ginger ale, "Here I bought this for you."

Lisa nodded with a faint smile, "Thank you." Lisa took the soda and laid it on the floor beside the trashcan.

Bonita watched Lisa in anger she wanted nothing more but to pull off her blonde wig and reveal to her that she was Marsha.

Jasmine walked in from the kitchen and sat down beside Lisa. She knew something was up with Lisa, passing out in the bistro, missing the fashion show and now this little episode, something was wrong with Lisa and she needed to find out.

"Bonita can you give us a minute?" Jasmine politely requested.

"I'll be in the kitchen." Bonita headed to the kitchen but stopped by the threshold to eavesdrop on their conversation to see what kind of information she could gain.

Jasmine opened the can of ginger ale and slide it over to Lisa, "What is going on with you?"

Lisa took a gulp of ginger ale and shook her head, "Nothing."

Jasmine stared bluntly at Lisa, she knew she was lying, "You're pregnant aren't you?"

Tears slowly streamed down Lisa's face and nodded admitting the truth, "Yes, I'm almost three month."

Bonita fell to her knees, the news of Lisa pregnancy burn her soul. The only thing that Marsha had over Lisa was Jackie, Travis' daughter and now Lisa had that connection also.

Jasmine grabbed Lisa's hand ecstatic but confused, why would Lisa keep that a secret from everyone?

"I never told anyone because I was scared that Marsha may be in town." Lisa reveal wiping her tears away, "she left a letter for Jackie saying she was going to harm me."

"Everything will be okay...that bitch isn't going to do anything to you." Jasmine growled hugging her sister in law, she was still excited she was going to be an auntie...again.

In the kitchen, Bonita glared enraged by Jasmine promise to Lisa, "If Jasmine thinks I won't get Lisa over her dead body...it can be arranged!"

Scene 6- The Morrowian Bistro

"That new maid was nice wasn't she?" Marie asked tying her apron around her waist.

Jackie shrugged smoothing her hair into a ponytail, "I'm not sure...I picked up a weird vibe from her."

Marie narrowed her eyes at her cousin, Jackie was always quick to judge people, "Jackie you really shouldn't...

Gino waltz into the back, "...Dad is closing up shop early tonight. He doesn't want anyone to be caught in the storm."

"Good." Jackie said kissing Gino on the cheek. She wanted to get back and check on Lisa. Those continuous spells Lisa were having were beginning to worry her.

"Everything ok?" Gino asked noting something was up with his girlfriend.

"My mother got sick again today." Jackie answered tying her apron around her. "This is like the third time."

Gino frowned kissing Jackie's forehead, "Don't worry. I'm sure everything is okay."

Marie nodded agreeing with Gino, "It's probably something she's eating. It could be anything."

"Or anyone...Marsha said she was going to come back get her revenge. Maybe she really is back."

"Or maybe you are just worrying too much." Gino assured her while he fixed her collar.

Paul peeped his head in the back with a grin, "Alright people I don't pay you all to hang out in the back in chatter."

"Coming!" Marie answered grabbing a pen then hurrying out.

Gino kissed Jackie's cheek, "Don't worry babe everything is going to be okay."

Scene 7- The Sterling Building

"So is someone going to tell us what happened?" Tiffany asked growing irritated.

Gloria glared coldly at Felicia, "Well our new V.P. attempted to make a contract with some country hick magazine giving them permission to do a story on the problems going on within the company."

"Felicia, what the flip...those are private matters." Travis stated growing annoyed by Felicia.

"and don't forget bad publicity!" Tiffany added, "What were you thinking?"

"Demetrius!" Felicia whined, she couldn't handle this pressure from three Sterling family members at one time.

"Alright Alright!! That's enough!!" Demetrius warned, "We all make mistakes every now and then."

"Daddy, if Travis or I made a mistake like that you've would've jumped down our throats! What has gotten into you?" Gloria asked coming to tears, wondering what was going on with her father.

Demetrius exhaled he didn't want to explode on anyone, "Travis...I want you and Felicia to take our Salle to the airport. Tiffany if you'll excuse me...Gloria and I need to have a talk."

Tiffany gently touched Gloria's back, "Honey everything is going to be okay I promise." Tiffany glared at her brother as she followed Travis and Felicia out of the room.

Gloria approached Demetrius, she stared at Demetrius as tear fell down her cheek, she had to do what she had to do but never in a million years did she think she would go against her dream of taking over her father's company. Gloria slapped her father out of rage, then stormed out of the office.

Demetrius closed his eyes, he realized he was hurting his family.

Scene 8- The Morrowian Bistro

Jonas waited at the bar while Anthony went to the back to talk to his father, he ran his fingers through hair recapping the random events that took place today, he never saw a superior officers act like that before it made him wonder was Anthony fit for the job. "I'll have a nice cold beer,"

"That sounds good...I'll have one also!" Tiffany requested as she sat down beside Jonas.

"A woman who drinks beer." Jonas noted with a smirk.

"Long day." Tiffany sighed resting on the bar.

"I have one of those every now and then" Jonas smiled looking at Tiffany, it wasn't everyday a beautiful woman like Tiffany was in reaching distance of him.

Tiffany looked at Jonas and grinned, "You must be new in town."

"yeah...I moved here from North Carolina. I'm the new Lieutenant of the San Diego Police Department." Jonas took a gulp from his beer, "Are you from this area?"

Tiffany laughed to herself grabbing a couple of beer nut, she couldn't believe he asked her that question. Then again he was new so he was excused. "Not exactly but I've been here for a long time though." she answered piling her peanuts on a napkin.

Jonas reached over and grabbed a peanut, "Don't mind if I do."

Tiffany popped Jonas hand, "Don't ever touch a woman's nuts!" she warned playfully as Gino walked up.

"Ms. Sterling, your table is ready."

Tiffany stood up and grabbed her beer, "Well Lieutenant...it's been nice talking to you."

"Ms. Sterling." Jonas said to himself grinning as Tiffany walked away, he was going to make sure he saw her again.

Scene 9- The Sterling Mansion

"Pregnant?" Melanie asked Jasmine as they walked into the living room, "That would explain why she's been so sick." Melanie didn't know how to feel about Lisa being pregnant seeing as though she kept it a secret from everyone. She took a seat on the couch. "What about Travis?"

"He doesn't know." Jasmine answered joining her mother on the couch, "Lisa told me that Jackie got a letter from Marsha around the time of the fashion show."

"What did the letter say?" Melanie asked, she grew very concerned about the safety of Lisa, Travis and Jackie. The last time Marsha was here she held everyone in town at gunpoint in a church with intentions to kill Travis and Lisa.

"You don't want to know mother."

Melanie pursed her lips noticing a picture of herself and Demetrius, "Your father was suppose to call me and let me know how things went during his meeting with Tiffany."

Jasmine relaxed on the couch and rested her head on her arm, "Are those two finally getting along?"

"Your guess is as good as mine...the thing that gets me is him promoting Felicia."

Jasmine giggled a bit, "She not entirely dumb but I wouldn't have her as my Vice President."

Melanie chuckled to herself noticing Demetrius' phone on the table, "No wonder he didn't call me...his phone is here."

Melanie picked up Demetrius' phone and opened it, "New Message?" Melanie clicked open and frowned reading a text message to herself from Felicia to Demetrius, "Sorry about everything...I'll talk to you when I get back from the airport." Melanie closed the phone and stuffed it in her pocket getting up, "Jasmine, I'll be back!"

Jasmine hopped up, "But the storm is coming!!"

"I'll be back before then...I need to pay someone a visit!"

Scene 10- The Sterling Building

Paige closed her eyes allowing herself melt into Maurice's body, no one, not even Anthony had that effect on her like Maurice did. Was he really her soul mate? She ran her fingers down his spine, thinking of Anthony she pushed Maurice away.

"No...this has to stop!"

"Paige, when are you ever going to accept the fact that we should be together?" Maurice complained panting around Paige's office.

A tear came out of the corner of Paige's eye, "We're hurting him...Anthony is your best friend!" she whispered.

Maurice remained quiet, every time Paige brought of the fact that Anthony was his best friend he felt more and more guilty, "People are going to get hurt...it's what happens when people love each other."

"I don't know if I want to do this anymore."

"You deserve to be happy."

Paige turned away and held herself in her arms she couldn't bear to look at Maurice anymore, she choose not reply.

"Paige, don't you deserve to be happy?" he asked turning her around to face him. "We both need to be happy."

Paige looked up at Maurice and wiped away her tears, she exhaled then kissed Maurice passionately playing in his hair. Maurice slid everything off of Paige's desk and laid her on the desk. Paige sat up and roughly unbuttoned Maurice's shirt, "I want to be happy, Maurice." she whispered in his ear as he slid her dressed down to her ankles.

"So do I." Maurice kissed Paige softly on her neck beginning to write his name on her neck with his tongue.

The door quickly flew open "Listen, Paige I've been doing some thinking and..." Eva stopped at the door enraged by the comprising position Paige was in.

Paige pushed Maurice off or and scrambled to find her dress, "Just let me explain."

Eva threw her purse on the floor, "I've already heard the bird and the bees story."
